The aim of House&Putia is to help you invest in the right property and create the project to fashion it into your Sicilian dream house. When the renovation is complete, we will become your property manager and manage the rental of your house to ensure you receive a return on your investment. During both phases, we act as the intermediary and coordinator between yourself, the project and the rest of the team, taking care of all the details so that you can simply enjoy the process.
Who we are
Manfredi & Abélysse
Manfredi grew up between Palermo and a farm in the Sicilian countryside. Eager to enhance his work experience in hospitality, he moved to London where he quickly climbed the ranks to become the manager of a busy restaurant. After five years, he accepted a new challenge in Sydney, managing a high-turnover venue in the iconic Opera House’s vicinity.
Abélysse was raised in a small village in the north of France where she developed a deep sensitivity for nature and eco-sustainability. Following a year of volunteering and travelling in India and Nepal, she studied Business Management and Business Administration in Lille, Istanbul and Sydney.
Our paths crossed in Australia, where we immediately connected over our shared love for adventure and travel. Upon our return to Sicily, we embarked on our first project together and found out that our individual strengths and passions complemented each other perfectly. We decided to merge our skills and founded House&Putia.
